A new health diagnosis can be scary and isolating. Nutrition counseling can give you some peace of mind. Hospital's tend to give out generic packets that give one-size-fits-all nutrition advice that can't possibly be comprehensive enough. This is not adequate for any individual as you have more complex needs than that.

One of my specialties is in helping people overcome eating disorders. My goal is to help you change the way you perceive food and fitness, and develop a neutral or even positive body image. If you struggle with an eating disorder, you should know that I believe clients can recover and live a healthy and happy life.
